An overview of the long-term embedded professional development work I have been doing with Enumclaw school district over the past four years. The first three years we had full day face to face sessions with all High School and Middle School Teachers. In the 2018-2019 school year, we moved to a Blended Model of Teaching and Learning. We created an internal Certificate program for Teachers called the Connected Teaching & Future Learning Certificate. 16 Teachers signed up to take 3 online courses created in partnership between myself and the school leaders as well as three full day face to face days.
