My hosting company

I have to give a shout out to my hosting company. They have the best support of any web site I have every worked with. Their support site http://www.suresupport.com is amazing. The longest I’ve ever had to wait for a reply from them is 11 minutes.

The reason why I’m giving them a shout now is over the year my site has been taking longer and longer to access here in China. So I asked them if they could move my site from their server center in the U.S. to their server center in Hong Kong. Within 10 minutes we had it confirmed and 15 minutes later my site had been moved. Hopefully nobody else feels the affects of this move accept me. I did a simple tracert command on my site and found that now instead of taking 26 hops to get to my site in the U.S., it only takes 17 hops to get to my site in Hong Kong. So now I can spend more time on my site and less time waiting for it to load. If you are looking for a web hosting service you can’t go wrong with icdsoft.com. Our schools Moodle site is hosted at their Hong Kong server center and we continue to have a quick connection between Shanghai and the site there.
